Day 4: Mother of the Church

Your commission did not end with your maternity to Christ, but as your mystical Spouse, the Holy Ghost, leads the Church, you too, spiritually adopt children and lead them to Christ through the Sacraments of the Church.  It is by the Sacraments, namely Christ in the Holy Sacrament of the Altar, that the validly baptized, the ability to conquer sin.  Your son has become food for souls in a state of grace, giving them the ability to remain and grow in grace. 

God the Father chose to have His Son be brought into the world by your 'fiat', so now you are not only an example of holy obedience, but the single, greatest advocate to those  who truly wish to follow him.  For our Lord said, "He who says he loves me yet fails to keep the commandments, is a liar and the truth is not in him." And he says, "Unless you eat of my body,  you do not have life in you," just as the body must consume earthly food in order to thrive.  

Day 3: Mother of Christ

Dear Mother of Christ, 
You are the single greatest creature of all of God the Father's creation.  We cannot truly love Christ, without having due affection and honor to you, his holy mother.

Please petition to your son  that  we will grow in reverence for you, as we will then surely be brought closer to him.

Amen.

Day 2: Holy Virgin of Virgins

Dearest Mother of God, 
You are, of all the consecrated virgin, the most holy..  Your only passions are to love and to serve God in all three Person:  to fulfil His Holy Will at any cost, as His most humble handmaid, as you were chosen to be the spouse of the Holy Ghost and the Mother of God the Son.  For this you were born, and by your free will, and the wholly intact grace, you wanted nothing but His Will and by this, to save souls in His honor.  By the mysterious will of God, He wishes that we have a mystical advocate, the Advocate of All Advocates, holding nothing back for the greatest good of souls who are fortunate to have learned of your kindness and modesty.  Yet, let no one think, that in your meekness, you are at all weak, or in your departure from this world, you are less available, less present.  Dearest Mother, warm the hardest hearts who dare to come to you and who request your guidance, and continue to bring souls to your Son, and ordering sinners' hearts and understanding by the Power of Your Holy Spouse.

Most Holy Virgin, your spiritual maternity is as undeniable as your maternity of Christ, for even today your power from Heaven only gives further testimony to both Christ as God the Son and to the existence of Heaven.  

Be my advocate at all times, dearest Holy Mother, that I may bless God in this life and then bring me one day to Heaven.

Day 1 : Holy Mother of God

 "Blessed are the paps that gave Thee suck."

"Yea, rather, blessed are those that hear the word and keep it."  

 [27] And it came to pass, as he spoke these things, a certain woman from the crowd, lifting up her voice, said to him: Blessed is the womb that bore thee, and the paps that gave thee suck. [28] But he said: Yea rather, blessed are they who hear the word of God, and keep it." -- Luke 11:27-28

Dear Mother of God, 
Chosen by God the Father to be the sacred instrument by which He chose to have his only son take on human flesh and b e brought into the world, you gave birth to God the Son.  In his person. Christ is God and not man, but he has two natures hypostatically united: one divine, one human.  We ought to always keep before our minds that you have the highest dignity of any human creature, and are, therefore, by your "Fiat!" to God's design, you ought to be both our greatest, Christian role model and advocate.  

Spouse of the Holy Ghost, pray for us.  Be our advocate in all our needs, but especially that we may grow in holy obedience as you remind the servants at the Wedding Feast of Cana to, "Do whatever he tells you."  

A Note to Those Anxious as to Whom to Trust

 If ever you find yourself virtually or literally in the middle of a room with enemies encircled around you, and not a single friend in sight, remember with the eyes of FAITH, that your camp is stronger.  Even if you see not a single soul to defend you, do not be afraid.  Do not wonder who is on your side and who is not.  Only know, that if you have made yourself ready by being on the side of (the one, true) GOD, through the prayers of the holiest of all Creatures made by God (for Jesus was begotten, not made, and his Mother is the holiest of all Christians, even of the holiness of all other saints combined), you are on the winning side.  Your case will be defended, and your battle will be won.  You are not alone.  

Through prayers of the Blessed Mother to her Son, and by His actions, you will win. Battle, then, against the temptation to allow the clamor of the enemy to propose constantly his false dialectic, whom should you trust and to whom you should keep close.  Keep God and the Blessed Mother close!  Focus on building this alliance.  Yes, in this life, it helps to have alliances in the natural order of things, but trust that those who are true friends of the Blessed Mother, in holy obedience to Truth Incarnate, whether or not they are put in your path, are praying and sacrificing for you, for anyone who is a son or daughter of this Queen, they recognize their spiritual affiliation.  

You have an affiliation of helpers both seen and, more over, unseen, in this life and already in Heaven.  They happily suffer with you and for you, as they, too, know how this war ends in victory.  You, who are sometimes broken hearted by the battles in this life, do not suffer alone.  In the same way, your suffering should be joined to the sufferings of the Blessed Mother and to her Son, so that it wins victories on behalf of other souls yet to be entrusted to them.  

Remember Christ's birth; be led by the Light out of the darkness of sorrows and find again, the True Light.  Let the Child rest in your heart and soul. He desires to rest there.  

May you bring that Light to others.

On a personal note:  Please pray for those who have recently lost loved ones, and for the priests and religious who are suffering from persecution, sometimes appearing to be tested from every side.
